Ingredients
250g butter
1cup icing sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup corn flour
2 tbls coffee
1 tbls warm water
3 to 4 cups flour
Method
Cream the butter and sugar till creamy.
Add the oil and corn flour and beat well.
Mix in the coffee mixed in water.
Add enough flour to form a soft dough.
Pipe onto a baking tray using a no 10 nozzle.
Bake at 160 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool completely and sandwich together with tiramisu icing.
Store in refrigerator, bring to room temperature before serving.
Tiramisu Icing
Ingredients:
125g margarine
2 cups icing sugar.
2 tsp coffee dissolve in 1tbls hot water
½ tub cream cheese
Method:
Beat the margarine till white and fluffy.
Add icing sugar one cup at a time and beat until creamy.
Add coffee mixture and cream cheese (do not overbeat)
