Jane's Zucchini Cashew Soup

Ingredients:
1 oz raw cashews
1½ cup water, divided use
1½ medium zucchini
Himalayan salt
Dried basil and dill
Method:
Soak cashews for 1 hr in 1/2 cup water.
Bring 1 cup water to boil and add zucchini cut into chunks.
Cook 4 minutes. Drain.
Put cashews with water, cooked zucchini, seasonings in Nutri-bullet.
Blend until smooth. Serve warm or cold.
