Description

Are you looking for a low-carb breakfast option? These Keto Almond Cream Cheese Pancakes are just what you need!


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat egg/eggs with 2 tbsp of water and room temperature cream cheese until well combined with no lumps with a handheld mixer.
  2. Stir in almond flour, ground cinnamon, stevia liquid, vanilla extract, and psyllium husk powder.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 min to thicken up.
  4. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Use 2 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
  6. Fry the pancakes for 3–4 minutes per side, or until bubbles appear.
  7. Then flip and cook for 1–2 minutes on the other side.
  8. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  9. Serve on a plate and top up with a side of raspberries.

    1. Hi Jennifer, thanks for popping in. I on the other hand love Maple Syrup, and from Canada, how can I not, but I do not add it on my pancakes, as I feel doing Keto I do get enough healthy benefits from the plain version.
