Description

Savor the goodness of low-carb living with this Keto Omelet with Bell Pepper and Cheese meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tbsp chopped Bell Pepper (27 g)
  • 3 tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese (21 g)
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil (10 g)
  • 2 medium Eggs (90 g)
  • A dash of Salt
  • A dash of Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 fresh chopped Basil leaves (2 g)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp 36% fat Heavy Cream (22 g)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and basil in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the bell pepper and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bell pepper.
  6. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the omelet for 1–2 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Serve on a plate with pea sprouts and enjoy!
