Description
Savor the goodness of low-carb living with this Keto Omelet with Bell Pepper and Cheese meal.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chopped Bell Pepper (27 g)
- 3 tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese (21 g)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil (10 g)
- 2 medium Eggs (90 g)
- A dash of Salt
- A dash of Ground Black Pepper
- 4 fresh chopped Basil leaves (2 g)
- 1 1/2 tbsp 36% fat Heavy Cream (22 g)
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and basil in a bowl.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bell pepper and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bell pepper.
- Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the omelet for 1–2 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Serve on a plate with pea sprouts and enjoy!
