A delicious paella with an Indian flavor, with Kingklip, prawns and calamari strips paella!
Cook 3 cups creamy Sella basmati rice in salted water and add 1 cup Mcain mixed veggies.
Rinse and drain and set aside.
Braise 4 onions in oil. Add 1 chopped green peppers until golden brown.
Dish out few onions and green peppers to mix with the cooked rice. Add little salt over onion mixture.
Add 5 crushed fresh garlic to onions,
2 teaspoons Gorimas seafood masala,
1 teaspoon Kashmiri mild chili powder,
Osman Taj mahal jeera and roasted coriander,
turmeric and
Gorimas leaf masala.
Salt to taste
Add 500 g Kingklip, prawns and calamari.
Make the curry sauce.
Layer rice in a pot and add curry mixture over it.
Add another layer and add curry mixture over the second layer.
Add rice on top and simmer slowly until all sauce is cooked away.
Serve with potato wedges.
