Lamb Curry with Creamy Sella Basmati Saffron Rice

Saffron is one of the key flavors in an Indian Lamb meal

1 kg lamb loin chops
3 onions chopped
2 grated tomatoes
Garlic and ginger
1 tablespoon Gorimas leaf masala
1 teaspoon suhana mild chili powder
1 teaspoon Osman’s Taj Mahal jeera, coriander & turmeric
curry leaves
fresh coriander
salt to taste

Braise onion in oil.
Add clean and washed lamb meat.Cook until soft.
Add spices and salt.
Add grated tomatoes lastly to thicken curry sauce.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
