Laura's Buffalo Wings with Durkie Sauce and Blue Cheese Dip

Chicken wings
Chicken spice
Peri peri spice
Olive oil
Cut the chicken wings into 3 at the joints. Discard the tips.
Place in an oven dish, add spices (only a little peri peri spice) drizzle a little olive oil and mix and ensure chicken skin side is down.
Place under the grill in the oven but on the middle rack for 15 mins.
Then turn over and place back under the grill for 10 mins.
Dipping sauces:
Cream some blue cheese until soft and mix with plain cream cheese. About half and half.
Or you can buy blue cheese flavoured cream cheese and cream with a little milk
Serve with wings and bought Spur Durkie sauce.
