Oven Roasted Loin Chops and Lamb Spareribs with Dhania and walnuts stirfry with sweet potatoes and salads
Spice chops and spare ribs with Ina Paarman Braai and Grill seasoning and sea salt seasoning.
Add cubed sweet potatoes too.
Drizzle with garlic flavored avocado oil and bake in the oven until soft and succulent on 180C.
Dhania and Walnut Stirfry
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
half bunch chopped fresh dhania
1 clove fresh garlic crushed
squeezing of half lemon juice
walnuts
Method:
Melted butter and add garlic and walnuts.
Add chopped dhania and lemon juice.
Stirfry until dhania is soft.
Serve over loin chops and spare ribs.
Salads:
Frilly lettuce, cucumber, mango, cocktail tomatoes, and pineapple cubes. 🌳🍅🍍🍋🍖🍽

Ooh, this sounds like something I could eat on my keto diet – I’d modify the salad as I can’t have fruit, but the meat dish sounds good. Had never heard of Dhania before, Google tells me it is Coriander/Cilantro! Yum.
