I love incorporating fruits into my salads, so enjoy.
Mignonette, green oak or butterhead lettuce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Olive oil
Arrange all salad ingredients on a dish or bowl.
For dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Dress salad with dressing and serve.
