This Low Carb Cheddar Loaf is so crispy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbspn olive oil
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- A crack of sea salt / Himalayan pink salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Chili flakes to taste

Method:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a greased oven dish.
- Bake at 220C till the bread is firm to the touch.
- Cool completely.

I made this, it’s super easy and delicious.
I made 4 mini’s, substituted chili flakes with paprika, and baked it at 420F for ±12 minutes.

Just made this again. Doubled the recipe and made them in my silicone muffin tin. Using them like English muffins. Enough for 2 weeks of breakfast. Love this recipe.
