The perfect treat for a chocoholic but it’s a Low Carb Chocolate Almond Butter Brownies, so you should not feel bad
- 1 cup choc almond butter (I used my own homemade chocolate almond butter but you can use store-bought)
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp almond essence
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, xylitol, egg, ghee, and almond essence.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda, and then the milk. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 200C for 20-23 minutes, until the brownie is done, but still soft in the middle.
