Easy, delicious, and healthy Low Carb Flaxseed Bread. I am sure you will love it

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flaxseed flour
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsps xylitol / alternate sweetener
  • Good crack of sea salt / pink Himalayan salt
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup light olive oil

Method:

  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk all the wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine wet with dry and mix well.
  4. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes then transfer to a loaf tin and bake at 200 till the top is firm to the touch.
