Easy, delicious, and healthy Low Carb Flaxseed Bread. I am sure you will love it
Ingredients
- 3 cups flaxseed flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps xylitol / alternate sweetener
- Good crack of sea salt / pink Himalayan salt
- 5 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
Method:
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl whisk all the wet ingredients together.
- Combine wet with dry and mix well.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes then transfer to a loaf tin and bake at 200 till the top is firm to the touch.
