Low Carb Nutty Seed Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Tblspn baking powder
  • 150g nut and seed mix
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for topping)
Low Carb Nutty Seed Loaf

Method:

  1. Whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
  3. Scoop into a greased loaf tin and bake at 200C till a skewer comes out clean.
  4. Cool before slicing
