Grab a slice of Low Carb Nutty Seed Loaf to pair with your favorite sandwich fillings
Ingredients
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Tblspn baking powder
- 150g nut and seed mix
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for topping)
Method:
- Whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Scoop into a greased loaf tin and bake at 200C till a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing
