I know you guys are tired of peppermint crisp tart but it’s my baby’s birthday today. He turns 24! Peppermint Crisp Tart is his favourite. Thank Goodness, because I suck at baking cakes 😊
2 Packets tennis biscuits
300 ml fresh cream
1 tblsp castor sugar
1 ½ tsp milk powder
1 can caramel treat
1 slab peppermint crisp tart chocolate
In a square dish layer a double layer of tennis biscuits 3 across and 4 down.
Process chocolate in food processor till fine.
Beat cream with sugar and powdered milk with electric hand mixer till stiff. Fold in half the chocolate and caramel treat, beat till blended.
Spread half the mixture over biscuits.
Top with another double layer of tennis biscuits.
Add remaining mixture over.
Top with remaining crushed chocolate.
