If you ♥ the taste of maple and pecan, you will love these muffins
200g butter (soft)
150g brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g chopped dark chocolate
75g chopped pecans
200g flour
1½tsp baking powder
25ml maple syrup for glaze.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mix, beat in an egg at a time
Add vanilla & fold in chocolate and pecans into flour
Add flour into butter and fold in gently, don’t over stir.
Fill 3/4 fill into a 12 hole muffin pan and bake at 180C for 20 min.
Brush with maple syrup while hot.
Super decadent yummy!
