Quick and easy anytime snack
Peel, cut and slice 2 potatoes into chip slices, fry in hot oil, season with salt. Set aside.
Make cheese sauce by melting
3 tbl butter over med heat,
add 2 tbl flour and stir rapidly,
to this add 250ml warm milk a little at a time,
stirring all the while add salt and pepper to season,
add ½ cup grated cheddar cheese and stir into sauce until thickened.
Pour over chips with a sprinkling of paprika and serve immediately.
