A quick and easy snack for unexpected guests
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry thawed
1/4c chopped nuts (I used almonds)
80ml nutella chocolate spread
1 egg beaten for egg wash, dusting of flour.
Method:
Divide pastry rectangle in half, roll out evenly – just slightly.
On ½ of pastry smear nutella spread
Top with chopped nuts
Cover with other rolled pastry.
Cut into 10cm rectangles and twist ends of pastry
Egg wash pastry and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 15 to 20 min until golden and puffed, cool before serving.
