Melenie's Rocky Road Treats this For later use

Rocky Road is a type of dessert made up of milk chocolate and marshmallowΒ 
4 x 80g slab dark plain chocolate (I used beacon midnight velvet)
1/2 pkt pink and white marshmallows
1 c roughly chopped nuts of choice (I used almonds)
1/2 pkt oreo cookies roughly chopped
Method:
Place marshmallows, almonds, oreos in a greased small casserole (20cm),
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of hot water(double boiler)
Pour chocolate over sweet treats,
Mix well ensuring all sweets are well coated with chocolate
Cover with foil and let it set in fridge overnight
Cut into rectangles or triangles to serve.
