Ingredients
- ½ cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. milk
- A crack of Himalayan pink salt
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Scoop into 2 microwave containers.
- Top with sunflower seeds (optional) and microwave for 90 seconds – 2 minutes.
- Cool and slice.
- This can also be made into a small loaf and microwave time adjusted.
