Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 pack ginger biscuits, crushed
- 2 tbsp melted butter

- 250ml plain full-cream yogurt
- 250ml mascarpone cheese
- 1 tin (397g) condensed milk

- A handful of dried cranberries
- Chopped pecan nuts for topping
Instructions
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of your serving bowl to make a firm base.
- Sprinkle some dried cranberries over the crust for a pop of sweet-tart flavor.
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mascarpone, and condensed milk until smooth.
