Super Easy Mini Cheesecake Cupcakes
1 packet crushed Tennis biscuits
4 large tablespoon melted butter
2 smoothed creamed cottage cheese
397g 1 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup hot water
5 teaspoon halaal gelatine
One cup whipped fresh cream
Crush biscuits & add melted butter.blend well in food processor.
Press crumb mixture into a springform pan & allow setting in the fridge.
Whip fresh cream until firm.
Add condensed milk & cottage cheese & fold through.
Lastly, add lemon juice & cooled off gelatine water & combine thoroughly.
Pour cheesecake mixture over biscuit base & allow to set before putting on the desired topping.
