Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

How to make this wonderful mixed berry Smoothie Bowl!

 

Ingredients:
1½ cup of frozen mixed berries.
½ cup soy milk.
¼ cup rolled oats.
2 tbsp. or more if you want honey.
1 tbsp. chia seeds.
Chopped nuts, goji berries, and linseed to garnish.

Method:
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor.
Blitz until you have a nice smooth consistency.
Pour into a deep dish.
Garnish with your toppings and serve immediately.

      Its good Thelma. I have not personally made this one, but have made others with chia seeds.
