My super nutritious healthy breakfast is ready
Ingredients and Method:
Take 1 cup of cooked barley
Add 1 cup of boiled corn
Add chilies, black pepper powder
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Rock salt according to your taste
Drizzle 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
Garnished with pomelo & chili ❤
Barley is a powerhouse of nutrients.
Add it in your meal at least once in a week.
