Ingredients:
300 g of Dark Chocolate Cooking bar
100 g of Cocoa powder
Assorted nuts (in small pieces)
Half teaspoon of oil for greasing the plate
2 drops of Orange essence.
Procedure:
Melt the chocolate bar in double boiler, by keeping the bowl on boiling water.
Mix cocoa powder, mix well.
Add Orange essence
Grease a flat plate
Spread the mixture evenly.
Keep in the freezer for 1 hr.
Break in small pieces & serve.
