Moumita's Easy Low Calorie Thai Dessert

TRH Moumita's Easy Low Calorie Thai Desser
Ingredients.
1 cup of Soaked Tapioca.
1 cup of thick coconut milk.
Half cup sugar/ 2 teaspoons of Sugar free concentrated powder,
A pinch of pink food color,
Toasted Multi grain bread pieces,
Fresh kiwi pieces.
Method:
Boil the coconut milk.
Mix the tapioca,
Mix sugar/ sugar-free,
Cook well.
Let it cool down,
Mix the food color.
Plate it, as it’s shown.
Serve cold with kiwi
