200 gms of dark cooking chocolate,
2 teaspoons of Cocoa powder,
2 drops of Orange essence,
Few cut pieces of Dried Apricots & Kiwi,
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Keep the bowl of chocolate on boiling water.
Mix the Cocoa powder.
In the Chocolate moulds,
Put the melted chocolate,
Keep small pieces of dry fruits, inside.
Keep the mould tray in freezer for 2 hrs.
Decorate the plate & serve the Fruity Chocolates.
