Ingredients for cutlets.
1 cup of Oatmeal,
2 eggs,
250 cms boneless chicken pieces,
Onion garlic paste – 2 teaspoons,
Breadcrumbs – 2 teaspoons,
1 teaspoon of Oregano,
1 teaspoon of red chilly flakes,
Salt as per taste,
Heart shaped cutter.
In mixer make a paste of chicken pieces.
Method:
Mix all together
Make small cutlets in the shape of hearts,
Shallow fry in low flame, till it’s Brown & crispy.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
Baked Bell peppers.
Ingredients.
3 half bell peppers,
Cottage cheese half cup,
Oatmeal half cup,
1 teaspoon of Oregano,
1 pinch of black pepper,
Grated Cheddar- 6 teaspoons,
Salt.
Method:
Mix cottage cheese, Oatmeal, Oregano, salt, pepper,
Put it evenly in cut Bell peppers,
Put the heated Cheddar on them.
Preheat the oven.
Put the Bell peppers in 200 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes.
Ready to serve.
