1 whole corn ( take out half of kernels),
Low calorie Goat Cheese 100 gms,
Big Whole Green chillies – 3,
Blanched Baby Carrots – 4,
A pinch of Black pepper powder,
A pinch of Oregano powder,
A pinch of Pink Himalayan salt,
A piece of Lemon,
A Sunny side up (Egg)
Blanch the corn kernels, mix the cheese, Oregano, salt, Black pepper, lemon juice,
Romove the seeds of Chilles.
In a pan take a tea spoon of oil.
In low flame, roast it softly.
Take out from pan,
Fill the chillies with the cheesy corn filling..
Arrange & Serve.
