200 gms of Soaked Chickpeas
2 teaspoons of Onion paste
1 teaspoon of Garlic paste
1 teaspoon of Ginger paste
2 teaspoons of Turmeric powder
2 teaspoons of Cumin seeds powder
1 teaspoon of Tamarind paste
2 teaspoons of Cooking oil
1 cup of cut Kale leaves
2 teaspoons of Tomato paste
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Pressure cook the soaked Chickpeas with turmeric, Cumin seeds powder, salt, water, till it’s soft
In a pan, take the oil, heat it,
Mix onion garlic ginger paste, stir well,
Mix remaining spice powders, tomato paste, Tamarind paste, Kale leaves,
Mix little water, salt, stir well
Now mix the boiled chickpeas.
Cook for few moments.
Mix lemon juice,
