Moumita's Sweetheart Dark Chocolates


Ingredients.
200 gms of Dark Cooking Chocolate,
50 gms of Cocoa powder,
1 drop of Orange Essence,
Cut pieces of Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts,
Few raisins.
Heart shaped moulds.
Flower, leaves, Butterfly moulds
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Keep the bowl of chocolate pieces above boiling water,
Mix Cocoa powder,
Mix well,
Mix Orange Essence,
Put in the moulds,
Garnish with nuts.
Keep in the freezer for 1 hr,
Chocolates will be ready to serve.
