1 cup Boiled chickpeas
1 cup Boiled corn kernels
Shredded purple cabbage
1 Tomato, cut in small pieces
1 cucumber, cut in small pieces
Half of a pomegranate
Few fresh mint leaves
For salad dressing
2 teaspoons of Apple Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
A pinch of Rock salt.
Mix all together & serve cold.
