31 Mar Moumita's Zero Oil Indian Meal
For the Crispy pan cake.
Mix 1cup of brown rice flour
2 teaspoons of Oatmeal flour
1 teaspoon of Millet flour
2 teaspoons of sour yogurt
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Fine chopped 1 green chilli
Mix all with little water.
Cover it for 1 hr.
If it’s very thick. Mix little water.
In a non-stick pan, spread it nicely.
Keep the flame low, it will slowly become crispy.
Boiled green peas curry.
In a pressure cooker mix cut onions & ginger pieces
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of black rock salt
1cup of green peas
Let it cook for a little time
Mix cut tomatoes
Mix a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
Beetroot with yogurt.
Mix it in yogurt
Garnish with pomegranate, strawberry, mint leaf
