Breakfast Pancakes. With nutella, Banana and Cream.
2 cups milk
2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fine cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence.
Whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add the flour and sugar. Mix well.
Add salt, cinnamon and the vanilla essence.
Mix well till smooth.
Allow to rest for a while.
Heat a non stick pan (shape of choice) and make yummy thin pancakes.
Add butter if need be. Decorate with nutella, banana and cream. Enjoy.
