Enjoyable and healthy Mushroom Potato Chili Meal and all vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 punnets button mushrooms cleaned and quartered
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 grated tomatoes
- 3 green chilies
- 1 tsp Kashmir chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 potatoes cubed

Method:
- Fry onion and chilies
- Add masala and tomatoes and cook on low for a few minutes
- Add mushrooms and season with salt to taste.
- Cook for 5 mins, add potatoes and cook on medium until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with dhania
