Enjoyable and healthy Mushroom Potato Chili Meal and all vegetables
2 punnets button mushrooms cleaned and quartered
1 onion sliced
2 grated tomatoes
3 green chilies
1 tsp Kashmir chili powder
Salt to taste
2 potatoes cubed
Fry onion and chilies
Add masala and tomatoes and cook on low for a few minutes
Add mushrooms and season with salt to taste.
Cook for 5 mins, add potatoes and cook on medium until the potatoes are cooked through.
Garnish with dhania
