2 tablespoon butter
2 chicken fillets cut into small cubes
Robertson’s Chicken Spice
3 cloves grated fresh garlic
1 Red onion ( nice and stronger in taste)
5 spring onions chopped
A few spinach leaves chopped
250 g chopped mushrooms
1-liter fresh milk
4 tablespoons cake flour mix with 1 cup milk ( make a paste and mix well to a smooth paste)
salt and pure black pepper
black grounded pepper
small tin dessert cream
1 tin Koo creamed corn
1 tin Ideal milk
Spice chicken cubes with chicken spice and add butter in a pot of spiced chicken, garlic, and chopped spring onions and red onions
After that add the chopped mushroom and spinach
Add the milk and flour paste, then the milk and seasoning.
Add dessert cream, ideal milk, and sweet cream corn
Stir soup on slow heat until bubbles form.
Add half a cup of fresh cream and serve warm. enjoy
