This is the best mince samoosa filling recipe ever – you will not need to look for another recipe in future!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 kg mince
  • 3 onion, chopped fine
  • Chopped dhania
  • 2 green chilies, Chopped fine
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Masala
  • 1/2 tsp dhania and jeera powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a pot.
  2. Add mince, salt, spices, ginger, and garlic paste.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add onion and green chilies.
  5. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Remove from stove.
  7. Allow cooling.
  8. Then mix in dhania (cilantro).
  9. Fill your pur.
