- 1 kg mince
- 3 onion, chopped fine
- Chopped dhania
- 2 green chilies, Chopped fine
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Masala
- 1/2 tsp dhania and jeera powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Salt
Instructions
- Add oil in a pot.
- Add mince, salt, spices, ginger, and garlic paste.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add onion and green chilies.
- Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from stove.
- Allow cooling.
- Then mix in dhania (cilantro).
- Fill your pur.
