Post-Workout Flapjacks
Inspired by having a good, healthy life style.
Packet with energy after a workout session.
Cooking time : 15 mins (prep to end)
Serving: 1
Ingredients:
1 large banana (peeled & mashed)
1/4 cup oats.
1/4 cup fine coconut.
1 tsp flour. (To help bind)
Nutmeg and cinnamon (add as much as you want)
Method:
Mix altogether.
Heat a non stick pan and add coconut oil or olive oil. Not much.
Fry off til golden brown and serve warm with fresh lemon , honey and coconut.
Mine is a little browner as I love fried banana,it has a caramel taste and crispy

Turned out perfect! I didn’t even put anything on top! My Chron’s Disease doesn’t allow me to process many foods with gluten so you have really given me back pancakes! You are my hero!πππ

Instead of having flour. Enjoy. There is one with cucumber as well but I need to get my measurements right. π π π
