Nazley's Banana,Coconut & Oat Flapjacks

Post-Workout Flapjacks
Inspired by having a good, healthy life style.
Packet with energy after a workout session.
Cooking time : 15 mins (prep to end)
Serving: 1
Ingredients:
1 large banana (peeled & mashed)
1/4 cup oats.
1/4 cup fine coconut.
1 tsp flour. (To help bind)
Nutmeg and cinnamon (add as much as you want)
Method:
Mix altogether.
Heat a non stick pan and add coconut oil or olive oil. Not much.
Fry off til golden brown and serve warm with fresh lemon , honey and coconut.
Mine is a little browner as I love fried banana,it has a caramel taste and crispy

  1. Turned out perfect! I didn’t even put anything on top! My Chron’s Disease doesn’t allow me to process many foods with gluten so you have really given me back pancakes! You are my hero!😊🎉🎉

      O wow! I am glad that you can have something that u have longed for as you have a illness that does not allow you to have gluten. I am glad you tried my recipe. The coconut is to bind it. Instead of having flour. Enjoy. There is one with cucumber as well but I need to get my measurements right. 🙂 🙂 🙂
