This was made by a friend of mine as we were both hungry.
Ingredients:
1/4 can baked beans.
1 Tablespoon chopped onion.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 Tablespoon chopped green pepper.
Mayonnaise
Mix well and allow to chill in fridge.
2 eggs.
Salt and pepper.
Butter.
Method:
Heat a pan with the butter.
Crack the eggs in and top with salt and pepper.
Allow to cook till done.
Serve with baked beans and toasts.
And top the eggs with cheese
