Braise the following:
1 onion,
½ tspn ginger and garlic,
1 chili,
1 lemon cubed.
Add 1 cup of carrots washed and cut.
Saute for about 5 minutes.
Then 1 cup of sliced courgettes and 2 cans butterbeans, salt to taste.
Saute until done. No water needed at all.
Serve with salad or couscous.
Avo & feta salad
1 avo peeled and diced.
1 block feta cubed.
1/4 onion chopped.
1/4 green pepper chopped.
Black pepper.
Mix well and enjoy.
