This will be my supper after I break my fast tonight. Who said healthy food can’t be yummylicious.
20 minutes to pre-pare.
Potato salad
2 potatoes boiled and cut in chunks.
1 small baby onion chopped.
4 Tablespoons chopped cucumber.
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper.
Mayo.
Mix altogether and place in the fridge till cool
Chicken strips
2 chicken breasts.
Cut in strips.
Marinate in salt and black pepper.
Heat a non stick pan and add a knob of butter and saute in the pan till done.
Serve with a fresh salad of choice.
