Time : 20 minutes.
Quick and easy meal.
1 large potato (peeled,washed&cut in cubes).
Boil the potatoes till soft in water. Strain.
Mix the following.
5 T Mayonnaise.
1 T cream cheese.
2 T greek yoghurt.
Salt and crushed pepper to taste.
2 T chopped green pepper.
1 T Nandos/veri peri sauce (hot).
1/4 tsp chopped chili.
1 tsp chopped onion.
Mix well and toss the potatoes in the sauce.
Top with mozarella and gouda cheese.
Melt in the microwave, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and extra sauce.
