½ packet of spaghetti, boiled in water and salt.
Once done strain and allow to cool.
3 chicken breasts cut in cubes.
1 Tablespoon butter.
1 small onion chopped.
1 large tomato chopped.
1 green pepper chopped.
1 can coconut milk.
1/4 cup chopped coriander.
Salt to taste.
Freshly crushed black pepper.
1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
Braise onion and tomato in the butter till soft and lightly browned.
Add the chicken, green pepper, salt , black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
Cover with a lid and allow to cook till done. Once done.
Add the coconut milk and coriander.
Give it one boil and serve on a bed of spaghetti.
Top with chopped chillies.
