Corney rolls.

1 large potato peeled and cut into chips.
Salt to taste.
Pepper.
Home made perinase (1/4 cup mayo and nandoes sauce).
Fry the potatoes till crispy.
Slice the roll open and assemble with salad and hotchips and load with the hot and creamy homemade perinase.
