Per serving.
2 slices butternut, peeled and washed.
2 baby gem squash,halved and washed.
(Boil in water till soft, strain).
A few leaves of baby spinach.
A few slices cucumber.
1/4 carrot julienne strips.
A few slices greenpepper.
1 piece of pressed beef sliced.
1 rip fig quartered.
Assemble in a plate.
One can add a salad dressing of choice.
I prefer fresh ingredients.
