Nazley's Light Mini Meatballs served with a fresh Salad

Meatballs.
30 minutes.
Per serving.Ingredients:
4 Heaped Tblsp mince (of choice, washed and strained).
Salt and crushed black pepper to taste.
2 Tblsp chopped coriander.
2 Tblsp chopped carrot.
2 small baby potatoes. Peeled and boiled till soft, strain and mash.
2 Tblsp chopped green pepper.
1 green chili chopped.
1/2 tsp leaf masala.
2 Tblsp fresh bread crumbs.
Method:
Mix altogether till well blended.
Roll into bite sized meatballs.
Heat a non stick pan and fry in butter.
Once done, serve with a fresh salad and sauce of choice.
