This is a healthy dessert. It can be served warm or cold, served with a fruit salad.
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
1/2 cup oats
a few whole cardamon pods and cinnamon sticks
1/4 cup coconut
Sugar (add as much as you want to sweeten it)
2 Tblspn custard powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chunky nuts
1 banana

Method:
Boil milk (3cups) with the cardamon and cinnamon.
Add the oats and coconut, cook till done, it must be thick and saucy.
Add sugar depending how sweet you want it. T
hen add the 2 Tblspn custard powder to 1/2 cup cold milk.
Mix and add to the hot oats.
Stir until thick and saucy.
You can add more milk if it dry.
Remove from heat and place in a dish and add the chuncky nuts and the chopped banana. Serve warm or cold with fruit salad.
