31 Jan Nazley's Pan Pizza
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup flour, pinch salt
3/4 cup hot water
1 tspn yeast
1 tspn honey
Mix altogether to form a soft dough.
Place in a non stick pan, flatten out with your hands to form a base.
Add sauce (mustard sauce, tomato sauce, mrs balls, nandos extra hot) of your choice, and any toppings of your choice.
Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, the base must be cooked.
Switch the stove off and keep the lid on the pan and allow to cook for a further for 7minutes on the stove off.
Take the lid of and leave for 5 minutes.
Slice and enjoy.
