Ingredients:
1/2 packet pasta. Boiled in water and salt. Allow to cool.
3 burger patties. Cubed.
1/4 red cabbage sliced.
1 green chillie.
1 green pepper sliced.
1 large onion sliced.
Salt and pepper

Method:
In a wok. Add 2 Tblsp butter. Add the onion. Stir fry for 2 mins.
Then add the cubed patties. Stir fry for 2 mins.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and cooked pasta.
Add 6 Tblsp veri peri sauce. Stir fry till done.
It must not be over cooked.
Crunchy vegetables are more yummy.
Lastly add the salt and pepper. And a few leaves of coriander.
Serve and top with cheese and some cream cheese.
Enjoy.
One can use vegetables of choice
Alternatively. Once done. Allow to cool for 30 mins.
Then add mayo. And place in fridge.
This can be eaten cold.
