Mix the following in a bowl:
Lettuce.
Chopped carrots.
Chopped green pepper.
Slices of cucumber.
1 avocado pear sliced.
Feta cheese.
Leave aside.
1 chicken breast.
Salt and crushed black pepper.
1 teaspoon Mrs Balls chutney.
1/2 teaspoon khokney masala.
Method:
Heat a pan with 1 knob butter.
Pan fry the chicken and cover with a lid.
Cook till done.
Assemble the Salad and chicken and enjoy.
