Ingredients:
1 packet macaroni boiled and strained.
Braise the following:
1 large onion sliced.
2 yellow peppers sliced.
2 green peppers sliced.
1 large aubergine peeled and chopped.
3 tomatoes.
Salt and pepper.
Braise and allow to cool.
Creamy cheesy white sauce.
1L milk.
Flour.
Butter.
1 small tub cream.
2 cups cheese.

Method:
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Mix milk and flour (add enough to make a thick consistency).
Add to butter. Keep stirring. Allow to thicken. Add salt and pepper.
Add the cream and cheese. It must be nice and creamy.
Layer a dish with pasta, white sauce, the vegetable mixture, white sauce and pasta and top with the sauce.
Layer more cheese in between. Top with cheese and toppings and bake till yummy.
